How long will it take for my book to arrive? If you would like to order your story as an audiobook, you can receive it within minutes! If you've ordered a paper or hard cover version, domestic shipping can range between11 to 16 days.
Can I customize my book? We are happy to include a personalized note in the beginning and/or end of our books. If you would like to include a customized message in your copy please send us a message so that we can include the exact rate for your customization.
What if I don't like my book? If you aren't satisfied with your purchase, we ask that you donate the book and leave a review. We would greatly appreciate knowing how we can better improve our content for you and your young readers.
Do you accept returns? For your safety as well as the safety of our staff, we do not accept exchanges or returns. If you would like to donate the book a few places that accept literary donations are: Goodwill, Salvation Army, and the Boys and Girls Club.
Do you sell & ship bulk orders? Yes we do! Simply enter in the quantity you want on our order page and we'll print and package it for you! If you are a part of a school program or nonprofit organization and would like to place a bulk order,
send us a message. We would love to personalize your order or give you a discount!
Are Intentional Readers' Circles recorded? Our reading circles serve as a live interactive, educational and entertainment platform for children of all ages. We pride ourselves on making the experience in real time so we do not provide recordings.
